- Metallized polypropylene film wound,non-inductive construction.
- Having vertical & horizontal 2 mounting shape,terminals can be connected directly with IGBT module,maximum decreasing inductance of circuit.
- Low ESR and High dv/dt.
- Withstanding very high peak to peak value of current Ipp & high frequency effective value of current Irms.
- Can supply series products meeting the requirements needed by power electronic devices(IGBT/IGCT).
Technology Features
- To adop double sided metalized film electrode to enhance dv/dt property.
- To offer module devices with in-built quick recovery transistor.
Typical Applications Especially used in applications of snubber protection of power electronic devices including various IGBT ,IGCT,G.T.O and so forth.
